Peanut Butter Choc Easter Eggs

Here’s our take on lower sugar peanut butter cups! Super fast and yummy— we’ve made a small batch size for single peeps (but just multiply for a family size). Enjoy !!

Peanut Butter Choc Easter Eggs

Peanut butter 100g
Coconut flour 11g
Pinch of salt (we used Himalayan)
Maple syrup 20g
Nibble Simply Madagascan Dark Choc Chips 100g

Method:
• Mix peanut butter, coconut flour, pinch of salt, and maple syrup
• Roll out dough and cut with egg cookie cutters
• Melt 70g of choc chips, dip peanut eggs into choc and shake off excess choc
• Cool on parchment paper
• Melt remaining choc and drizzle on top of eggs
• Enjoy

Makes about 6-7 depending on cookie cutter size.
