We compared six popular dark chocolate chips sold in the UK. Sugar ranged from just 17g to a whopping 53g per 100g, and cocoa from 45% to 81%.
And surprise, surprise– our Nibble Simply Divinely Dark 81% Madagascan Dark Chocolate Chips had the least sugar, the most cocoa, and was the only one with no UPFs/emulsifiers. It’s also the only Great Taste Winner and sweetened with coconut sugar instead of refined sugar.
