This simple 2-ingredient vegan fudge is rich, creamy and chocolatey, while being plant-based, UPF-free and significantly lower in sugar than traditional fudge recipes.
Unlike most fudge recipes, which rely on condensed milk, refined sugar and a long list of ingredients, this version keeps things beautifully simple– just coconut milk and our Madagascan Divinely Dark Chocolate Chips.

Ingredients
- 225g Nibble Simply Madagascan Divinely Dark Chocolate Chips
- 400ml tin full-fat coconut milk
Method
Step 1
Pour the coconut milk into a saucepan and gently simmer for around 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
The liquid should reduce by roughly half and become thicker and creamier. Leave to cool.
Step 2
Melt the chocolate chips in a bain-marie (or gently in the microwave in short bursts).
Remove from the heat and stir in 150ml of the reduced coconut milk until smooth, glossy and thick.
Step 3
Line a small tin (around 7.5″ x 5.5″) with baking parchment.
Spread the mixture evenly into the tin and pop into the fridge for a couple of hours until set.
Step 4
Cut into squares and enjoy.
